We dont know that many features in windows system use or reserve some of your internet which causes in the reduction of the speed...

So today i am going to show some Tips by which we can increase our internet speed..

1)Optimize your internet speed by editing the windows group policy editor...

In this Windows reserves some of our internet Bandwidth which causes in the reduction of speed...

To edit these settings...

Goto Run and type gpedit.msc and press enter...

In this window on the left side click on the Admistrative Templates..
Then Select "Network" Option

Next click on the "Qos packet Scheduler" and then select "limit reservable bandwidth"..

Then in this window chnage the optin as Enabled...and change the bandwidth limit to 0%..

For windows 7 users it will be 20% and for windows 8 users it will be 80%
So

can increase your internet speed about 20% in windows 7 and almost 80% in windows 8......

2)Reset the windows network sockets

Operating system uses these Network sockets to send information over the network..

So by resetting them we can increase the speed..

To reset the goto RUN command.. and type netsh winsock reset and press enter....

and you must restart your system to completely reset them...

3)To increase the speed of internet Explorer..

  1. Nice tutorial JULIA. Nowadays, software also helps to increase internet speed for example : Internet booster software . I would like to add some manual tips to increase internet speed :
    1. Clear cookies from your browser
    2. Close unwanted background tasks when you are working with the internet .
    3. Scan your internet by using standard Anti-virus software
    4. Reset your modem and reconnect with the internet.
after that, you can check your net speed by using Scanmyspeed.com .
